These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and our localized edge-computing software products, including mobile applications, desktop applications, web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, browser extensions, and automated API tools (collectively, our "Software Products"). By accessing our platform, downloading our software binaries, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.

Where explicitly stated, Neuraldash applications are designed and engineered as serverless, edge-computing environments. To guarantee absolute data isolation, all text recognition, semantic analysis, and document tagging execute natively within your physical hardware device's memory and processor. Except where explicit cloud synchronization features are chosen by the user, no document text, file uploads, image matrices, or financial values are ever transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Users acknowledge that running our localized Small Language Models (SLMs) completely offline requires a minimum hardware configuration of 6GB of System RAM and a compatible mobile processing chip. Neuraldash uses pre-checkout hardware screening to prevent incompatible devices from subscribing.
The Company is not liable for operational execution timeouts, app terminations, or device performance slow-downs resulting from the unauthorized bypass of compatibility filters or usage on low-specification hardware Statutory Company Disclosureslayout environments.
Users may not misuse our software binaries, mobile applications, or digital interfaces. You are strictly prohibited from attempting unauthorized modifications, distributing malicious software, engaging in unlawful processing activities, debugging local memory spaces, or reverse-engineering our compiled software packages and proprietary local prompt engineering frameworks.
All text, graphics, user interfaces, branding, logos, layout designs, and compiled source binaries associated with Neuraldash are the exclusive property of the Company. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to run our local software solely for personal or commercial business workflow operations, subject to active subscription status.
Any underlying third-party open-source libraries or foundational public AI model structures embedded within the software remain subject to their respective creators' licensing terms. Any feedback, ideas, or feature requests submitted regarding our application functions shall become the sole property of Neuraldash without obligation to credit or compensate the provider.
The merchant outlet country for all services and subscriptions rendered on this website is South Africa. Our base operating currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
While our digital channels may display calculated estimates in foreign currencies (such as USD, EUR, or GBP) for international user convenience, all transactions are securely processed and settled via native App Store billing (Apple/Google) or approved gateways in ZAR. Neuraldash is not responsible for international transaction premiums, currency conversion spreads, or foreign exchange processing fees levied by an international user's issuing bank.
Application features are unlocked via recurring monthly or annual billing plans processed automatically via integrated native app stores (Apple In-App Purchases / Google Play Billing). Subscriptions automatically renew at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your device's subscription management profile at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
If a recurring payment fails or a subscription is terminated, we reserve the right to instantly lock access to local model inference pipelines, cryptographic validation keys, and local file storage exports on the device.
In accordance with Section 44(2) of the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), the standard 7-day online shopping cooling-off period does not apply to our application tiers. Because our platform grants immediate, fully functional access to downloadable local AI models and digital assets once activated, all transaction cycles and subscription fees are 100% non-refundable. Cancellations halt future billing parameters only.
Neuraldash relies on local edge computation, meaning performance speeds and layout interpretation rates are governed entirely by your physical device's processing chipset (NPU/CPU). We do not guarantee that the localized text analysis engine will be error-free or achieve 100% contextual tagging accuracy across every unstructured document layout.
Our application features are subject to temporary suspension for scheduled offline local logic migrations, application updates, or binary patch distributions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable South African law, NEURALDASH PTY LTD shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of corporate profits, business operational downtime, data loss, miscalculated tax outputs, or local device security breaches—arising from your utilization or inability to utilize our software. Our maximum aggregate financial exposure shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to Neuraldash in the preceding 12-month period.
Please read this section carefully. It completely waives our liability for application outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all website features, cross-platform software products, on-device artificial intelligence engines, local model processes, backend servers, and integrated third-party APIs are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
NEURALDASH PTY LTD, its directors, employees, and authorized agents explicitly disclaim all liability, and shall not be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any results, outputs, financial classifications, calculations, omissions, or data errors generated by our local software or downstream cloud infrastructures.
Whether a data outcome is generated locally by on-device chipsets or processed via remote servers and third-party vendor APIs, the entire operational risk as to the accuracy, quality, performance, and suitability of the results rests solely and exclusively with the user. You agree to hold NEURALDASH PTY LTD completely harmless and indemnified against any claims, losses, or legal costs arising directly or indirectly from your reliance on any output produced by our platforms.
Neuraldash reserves the right to terminate local application license authorizations, revoke automated encryption keys, and restrict app utility features in cases involving application reverse-engineering, system abuse, non-payment, structural tampering, or any active breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Furthermore, the Company reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any service, account, binary platform, or local model verification capability for any other reason that the Company, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems viable, necessary, or appropriate. Neuraldash shall not be held liable for any operational downtime, business disruptions, or data loss resulting from an account termination or service suspension executed under these terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal proceedings, actions, or structural claims arising from the use of our website or edge mobile applications shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within South Africa.
If any provision within these Terms is deemed invalid or legally unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining structural provisions shall remain unimpaired and continue in full force and effect.
NEURALDASH PTY LTD reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication to this page.
